• Date: June 14, 2025
• Time: 9am (please arrive by 8:30am at the latest for check-in); finals in early afternoon
• Location: Conanicut Yacht Club, 24 Whittier Rd, Jamestown RI
• Format: Men's and Women's Doubles (please have ONLY ONE member of your doubles team fill out the registration form)
• Participants: Play is at the recreational level, 2.5-4.0 USTA 
• Price: $40/per person (includes lunch, prizes, etc.)--CASH/CHECK (to Susan Wynn) or Venmo (@Susan-Wynn). Payment is due at or before registration.
