RACQUETS

The Conanicut Yacht Club Racquets Facility offers a vibrant and welcoming environment for players of all ages and levels. With eight Har-Tru tennis courts and two platform tennis courts, CYC supports year-round social play, instruction, and competitive opportunities.

Non-members may play at CYC only as guests of members. They are also welcome to participate in private lessons and clinics at non-member rates. 

INSTRUCTION
CYC offers a range of instructional opportunities for both adults and juniors, including private lessons, semi-private lessons, and group clinics.

Our Junior Program serves players ages 5–15 across all skill levels, with offerings that include clinics, skill development, and participation in a junior inter club team.

TOURNAMENTS

CYC hosts a variety of member-only events and tournaments throughout the season. We offer two additional events that are open to the general public:

Roger Chase Memorial Tournament
Saturday, June 20, 2026

A competitive mixed doubles tournament featuring food, prizes, and a welcoming atmosphere. Held in memory of Roger Chase, a beloved former CYC tennis professional.

PLATFORM TENNIS

Running from October through April, the CYC Platform Tennis Program includes ladies’, men’s, and mixed events for members. The schedule also features four American Platform Tennis Association (APTA) tournaments open to APTA members.

RACQUETS PRO SHOP

Located at the Racquets Facility, the CYC Pro Shop offers a full selection of tennis equipment, including racquets, balls, apparel, and accessories. Racquet stringing and general service are also available.

RACQETS RULES

All players are expected to follow posted rules and policies for both tennis and platform tennis.
